Editing items and tasks: Go to Invoicing. Click on Items/Tasks And on the right, you can click on Edit Any changes you make are going to reflect the specific item in the future and it won’t change anything on the previous invoices . But if you change your income account to “Other revenue”, all of those billing you’ve done up to now will be reflected in that Account type category.

The only way to delete an invoice is directly from the invoices dashboard. Hover over the three dots to the right. Click Delete. Confirm the deletion.

Deleting Recurring Invoice Profiles
Deleting recurring profile: Hover over Invoicing. Click Recurring. Hover over the three dots on the right Click Delete. Confirm the deletion. This will not affect the invoices that have already been sent, it will just stop sending the invoices.
